Robin Yap, LLB, MSc, DM

Robin has been in the HRD field for more than 20 yrs having worked for and with Global Fortune 500 companies including Sun Microsystems, JD Edwards/Oracle, and Accenture Learning. He has a multi-degree background including Law, MSc in Computer Technology in Education, and a Doctorate in Management. Robin is also an adjunct professor at George Brown College, Toronto, Canada. He has spoken on different training topics including Business and Cross-Cultural Communication, Multigenerational and Multicultural Workforces, Quality Metrics and Programs, and Advanced Delivery Techniques in various international conferences, webinars, podcasts, universities and colleges (eg. Columbia University (USA), New York University (USA), Northern Illinois University (USA), George Brown College (Canada), Oxford Brookes (UK)). Robin represents ibstpi at the International Standards Organization (ISO) Learning Organization standards committee. Having an entrepreneurial background, Robin's business engagements appeared in Time Magazine, San Francisco's Mornings on 2 TV Show, Warner Brothers TV shows and movies. "Learning to learn" is one of Robin's tenets; demonstrated in his experiential training events. |
