Board Member Barbara L. Grabowski

Barbara L. Grabowski

Professor of Education in the Instructional Systems Program in the College of Education at the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to coming to Penn State, I was a designer, developer and evaluator for a distance delivery program for nuclear reactors operators; designer of multimedia materials for industry, the military, and medical education at the University of Maryland University College; and an associate professor at Syracuse University.
