I am currently Professor and Chair, Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation, Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York, USA; also a visiting Professor of Information Science at the University of Bergen, Norway. My primary responsibilities include conducting research and development and teaching graduate seminars on topics related to the planning and implementation of learning environments and instructional computing systems.
