There are two steps to complete your registration:

Confirmation of the receipt of your registration form will be sent within 24 hours.
 

STEP 2:

Submit your payment securely via the PayPal Web site (you can use a credit card or your PayPal account).

Click below.  You will receive an immediate confirmation from PayPal of the receipt of your payment.
 

* Option A = opening session + one workshop (AM or PM) + one panel presentation (PM)
** Option B = opening session + two workshops (AM and PM) + one panel presentation (PM)
